  1. It's 3/4 lb of flat iron steak.
  2. You need pinch of salt & pepper (season steak).
  3. It's 1 cup of onions.
  4. It's 1 cup of green peppers.
  5. It's 1 cup of mushrooms.
  6. You need 8 oz of cream cheese.
  7. It's 1/2 cup of mayo.
  8. It's 5 oz of shredded provolone.
  9. Prepare 2 loaves of Vienna bread.

Philly Cheese Steak Dip step by step

  1. Season than fry steak to about med rare.
  2. Let steak cool.
  3. Fry onions, green peppers and mushrooms.
  4. Take off heat and cut steak into pieces.
  5. Mix and mash the cream cheese, mayo, provolone into a bowl you can put in the oven with.
  6. Add the steak, and mix well; this will be your dip bowl.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 min.
  8. Cut your bread in pieces and put on table.
