- Here is 1nd 1/2 cup of flour 1tsp of salt,1tsp of sugar,1tsp of baking powder then start by mixing them together.
- Add your 1tbsp of butter and mix.
- Then add in your 1cup of mashed potatoes and mix together.
- Here is our 1/4cup of water and 1tbsp of parsley u can now add ur 1/4 cup of water to your mixture and mix very well.
- Mix together as shown below then add ur 1tbsp of parsley and mix.
- Close it for lyk 15min and allow it to rest in other for u to have a soft dough.
- After 15min open it and knead it for lyk 1min then sparkle some flour in ur board and cut it in small piece and then flat ur bread as shown below.
- Grease ur pan with butter on medium heat and place your rolled flat bread,by greasing in and out of it with butter as shown me.
- Repeat until u are done by putting d flat bread in a food flask in other for it nt not to dry.
